Cairo Sewerage Company Participates in the IWWI Water Technology Exhibition

The International Wastewater and Drinking Water Technology Exhibition (IWWI) concluded today at the Cairo International Conference Center in New Cairo. The event saw remarkable participation from both local and international companies specializing in the water and wastewater sectors, as well as high-level attendance by prominent officials and experts.


Distinguished Official Presence

The exhibition was graced by the presence of Dr. Sayed Ismail, Deputy Minister of Housing, and Eng. Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater, alongside deputies Dr. Salah Bayoumi and General Assem Shaker, as well as chairpersons of subsidiary companies, key stakeholders, and experts in the field.


In his address, Dr. Sayed Ismail emphasized that organizing such an international exhibition reflects Egypt's commitment to advancing the water and wastewater sector in line with global standards. He highlighted the event as an excellent opportunity to foster public-private partnerships and develop sustainable solutions to water challenges, contributing to comprehensive development.


Dr. Ismail also praised the organizational level and the innovative technologies presented, commending the efforts of all participating companies and institutions for their contributions to this vital sector.

Eng. At the Alexandria Water Company’s booth, Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Board, welcomed visiting delegations and provided an in-depth presentation of the company's achievements and projects. These include initiatives highlighting the importance of human capital investment, such as projects led by students from the technical school.


In his remarks, Eng. Ahmed Gaber expressed pride in being part of this prestigious event, which brings together national and international expertise in the water and wastewater sector. He emphasized the company’s continuous efforts to serve the community and enhance the efficiency of water services.


He further stated, “The innovations presented by our engineers and technical school students reflect our commitment to investing in the future and preparing skilled talents to serve this vital sector.” Gaber extended his gratitude to Dr. Sayed Ismail and Eng.
